Refund policy

We offer store/online credit in the form of a gift card on all unopened, manufacturing sealed, unadulterated items within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Ship back or bring your product into our store. A gift card will be issued for the retail amount.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, please understand that products with a broken seal or signs of tampering cannot be accepted back. All sales are final once the products have been opened.

All our products are handcrafted in small batches and therefore may be slightly different in color/shape than online pictures show. Some darkening of soap may occur due to the vanilla content in the fragrance. Soap continues to cure over time and the weight may slightly decrease, however, this will give you a longer-lasting bar of soap. Packaging may vary from the photo.
