Drinking Alkaline Tea Blend during a fast can provide necessary minerals needed by the body, gently cleanse and detox, reduce cravings, and introduce an alkaline (pH balanced) state. 

{recipe} Organic Dandelion Root, Organic Sarsaparilla Root, Wildcrafted Elderberries, Organic Burdock Root, Organic Dandelion Leaf, Organic Red Clover, Organic Stinging Nettle.

{use} Steep 1 tablespoon per 8 oz of boiling water. For a more concentrated infusion, add 1/4-1/3 cup of herb blend to a quart mason and pour 4 cups of boiling water over it. Cover loosely with a lid or cheesecloth. After 6-8 hours, or the next morning, strain the herbs and enjoy.

*This tea is best used within a few hours but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
