Turmeric has a very long history of medicinal use. Anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric go to work on pores and calm the skin. Turmeric is said to aid in reduction of scars and wound healing. Vitamins and minerals in Coconut Milk and Honey Powder gently and naturally nourish and moisturize, while Kaolin Clay cleanses and pulls impurities from the pores.

{recipe} White Kaolin Clay, Coconut Milk Powder, Honey Powder, Ground Turmeric Powder.
{use} Scoop a small amount of facial mask powder into a small bowl. Add enough water (or other liquid like milk, plain yogurt, honey, or even our Moisturize Facial Toner for added benefits) to make a paste. A little goes a long way so start with just a small amount. Smooth mask over face in an upward and outward motion, avoiding the eye area. Sit back and relax until mask dries (about 10 minutes). Soak off with a warm, moist wash cloth or wash off with warm water and pat dry.

{warning} Keep out of eyes. Do not ingest. Care should be taken to avoid contact with light colored towels, clothing and wash cloths as clay may stain. Discard any leftover premixed mask.
