**Hot Therapy:
Deliver hot warm moist heat to stiff necks, arthritic joints, migraines, menstrual cramps, pulled or tight muscles.
Directions: Microwave on high for 30 seconds, Shake and flip, reheat for an additional 30 seconds. Repeat this process until desired temperature is reached. DO NOT OVERHEAT!
