{recipe} Organic Burdock Root, Organic Sheep Sorrel Herb, Organic Slippery Elm Bark, Organic Rhubarb Root.

Preparing the Decoction:
-Place the muslin pouch of herbs and one half gallon distilled water into a stainless steel or enamel pot.
-Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
-Turn off the heat, cover and let it sit overnight.
-The next morning, reheat and boil for an additional 10-15 minutes.
-Let cool to room temperature, remove pouch (be sure to squeeze out all the goodness), and place liquid into a jar with a good seal and refrigerate.
-Add 3 TBSP of the decoction to 3-4 oz water. Take this three times daily on an empty stomach. Continue this tea blend for 3-4 months consistently!
