Healthy Mind Tea Blend

I'm going to leave it all here just an FYI. Honorably Discharged/Medically Discharged in 2021 from the National Guard due to me being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder I; I have been on a journey to recovery. When I say that; I don't say that lightly. Recovery is not just Spiritual, Emotional, or Physical, it's Mental as well. I am taking five medications to help regulate my severe periods of mania. Manic episodes can be a good experience for me if i'm taking medication on top of therapy and everything else I do. Mammy's Soap Co. has something unique, it seems to being a God invested company. Hearing Christian music playing while walking into the shop there in Selmer, Tennessee when I was visiting family. Praise God I did. I thank God my mother and sister in law recommended this place to us, and I thank my mother-in-law for grabbing me a Tea Blend called "Healthy Mind" and the mettle mesh ball to stuff the tea leaves into as well !
Fast Forward too when I got home in Indiana, and woke up one day and remembered this journey to Selmer , too Mammy's ! I prepped the tea water, and stuffed my mesh ball full of the "Healthy Mind" tea leaves and let that blend steep for the recommended time! About 8-10 minutes! Let me tell you it was well worth the wait; I began to sip on that for about 30 minutes to an hour off and on. Soon after I did feel at peace, and on top of my God and I time, it makes the recovery process feel thorough. Some folks don't understand the day to day challenges of someone with bipolar may face. I do believe that God gives us these things in nature like tea leaves and herbs to provide us with what we need to get through our days in this dark world. I've seen more dark days than light days in the last 12 -13 years of my life because for a majority of that time I had no clue I had a mental disorder that affected my moods. Healthy Mind gave me a much needed Boost to my psych, more than I expected it would. I drank teas in the past not realizing this is something I need to do daily. I live in Indiana and will become a regular customer and purchase Mammy's teas going forward.
