Each steamer is made for one shower. Depending on placement and shower length, it may last longer. Net wt. 3.25 oz.

How to use: Place the tablet on the shower floor, out of the direct stream of water, and enjoy the aroma as the shower steams.

The BEST shower steamer for Migraines!

I’ve had migraines since I was 14. These Are the BEST shower steamers that I have found yet! It doesn’t get rid of a migraine for me but it helps A LOT and they smell so good. I am ordering more because I have shared these with other Migraine sufferers!!
